Hotel Centro - Florence

The rooms with air conditioning and fridge. Cozy decoration in the rooms, incredible location.

The guest room I had was fashionable and reasonably priced. The bathroom was spacious, included a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. Excellent location right next to a supermarket was a plus😀

The staff were amicable.

Good location. Near the historical center, picturesque streets, cafes, shops. To the railway station 10 minutes walk.

There was no iron.

I loved it!

Location in the centre of Florence was great. I was a little bit disappointed by the bedroom, we stayed there 6 nights and the total cost was substantial. However, it was a 2 star hotel, maybe I was expecting too much for that standard. The shower room needs to be modernised and the linen was only changed every other day. However, staff were very friendly, location anyhow was our main reason for booking the hotel and we were not disappointed.

All fine, but soundproofing issues

Fantastic location in the centre of Florence - easy walking distance from train station as well as accessing the sites of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket right next door.

The hotel is well located. spacious rooms (I stayed in a triple). daily maid service. the morning light breakfast. have wi-fi. I liked the hotel.

While the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, our room was very small and the breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. The room a/c was great and needed. We felt the location was excellent.

Solo traveler highly recommended

I was in Florence for 3 nights and the location was seriously unbeatable. I could just step out and within minutes be at the Duomo or Palazzo Medici, it was like being in the middle of the action. When I had a small issue with my room, they switched me to a different one right away, no hassle. This kind of service really shows they care about guests.

The Hotel was perfect for us - we wanted somewhere as cheap as possible, with a decent enough breakfast, very close to Florence centre, and with an ensuite bathroom. It fulfilled all three. We found very few other budget hotels with ensuite bathrooms. Any troubles and the staff are very helpful - as with most things in Italy, politeness & a smile are reciprocated.

Breakfast was very simple and not large. Fine for the low cost though.

The location was excellent, especially for visiting Florence's most famous monuments, and also within a short walking distance to Florence's main train station. It was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a great size and were always very clean. The free wifi was excellent too! Would definetly recommend this hotel, and would stay again on a return to Florence.
